We're a small, independent team that runs auBrokers.com from the ground up. We research brokers, test platforms and write every review ourselves. If you've got a question, spotted something that doesn't look right or just want to share your experience with a broker we've covered, we genuinely want to hear from you.
The quickest way to reach us is through the form below. We try to respond to every message within 1-2 business days, though during busy periods it might take a little longer.
If you'd rather skip the form, you can email us at [enable JavaScript to see email]. Same inbox, same response time.
Most messages we get fall into a few categories. Here's what we're happy to assist with:
To be upfront about it: we're a review and comparison site, not a brokerage. There are a few things that fall outside what we can do.
We can't help with account issues, deposits, withdrawals or disputes with a specific broker. Those need to go directly to the broker's own support team. If you're having a serious problem with an ASIC-regulated broker, you can also contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
We also can't provide personal financial advice. We're not licensed to do that, and it wouldn't be responsible for us to try. If you need tailored guidance, a qualified financial adviser is the right person to talk to.
auBrokers.com is run by a small team of people who are genuinely interested in helping Australians find the right broker. We have hands-on experience with trading platforms, and we take our editorial independence seriously.
Every review on this site is based on our own research and testing. We don't let advertisers or affiliate partners influence what we write. If a broker's platform is clunky, their fees are too high or their customer service is slow, we'll say so.
